Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer - NQ - 5 PQE - £50,000 + Bonus + Hybrid Working
A highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join its established Manchester office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor or Residential Conveyancer from NQ to 5 PQE to join a successful team handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters. The successful Residential Property Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer or Licensed Conveyancer will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, benefiting from excellent support, modern systems and genuine opportunities for progression.
Offering hybrid working, flexibility and a supportive culture, this role is ideal for a Residential Property Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer or Licensed Conveyancer seeking quality work, career development and an excellent work-life balance.
The Role:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Advising clients on remortgages and transfers of equity
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, reports on title and supporting documentation
- Providing practical and commercially focused advice to a varied client base
- Working closely with experienced property lawyers within a collaborative team environment
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high levels of client service
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the firm's residential property offering

The Candidate:
- NQ - 5 PQE Solicitor, Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
- Experience handling residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
- Able to manage a caseload with an increasing level of autonomy
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Commercially aware with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Team player who enjoys working within a supportive environment
- Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing firm
