Residential Property Solicitor - Manchester - NQ - 10+PQE - £50k + WFH + Bonus
A highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor. This well-established, award-winning conveyancing team is based in Manchester city centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor in Manchester to step into a ready-made caseload and hit the ground running within a well-supported, established office.
Offering three days working from home, genuine flexibility, and no management responsibilities, this role is ideal for a Residential Property Solicitor seeking high-quality work, autonomy, and an excellent work-life balance without unnecessary pressure.
The Role
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Dealing with remortgages and transfers of equity
- Working on high-quality files within a well-structured team
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients
- Collaborating with internal departments including real estate and private client
- Maintaining strong client relationships and service standards
- Contributing to the continued growth of the Manchester team

The Candidate
- NQ–10+ PQE Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
- Experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- Strong technical knowledge across sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfer of equity
- New build sale and purchase experience would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage a caseload independently
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Keen to develop and progress within a supportive firm
