Residential Property Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive – Top 200 Law Firm

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Location: Bedfordshire
Work Arrangement: Hybrid Working
Experience Required: 3+ Years PQE

I'm currently working with a long-established Top 200 law firm that has built an outstanding reputation across Bedfordshire and the surrounding region. The Opportunity

Joining one of the firm's largest and most successful Residential Property teams, you'll work alongside experienced Associates, Senior Associates and Partners whilst managing a varied caseload of quality residential property matters.

Your caseload will include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • Re-mortgages and other residential property transactions

The team acts for an excellent calibre of clients, providing exposure to high-quality work within a well-resourced and supportive environment.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with 3+ years' PQE who are confident managing their own caseload.
