We are working with a well-established London law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Real Estate Paralegal to join its property team.
This is a hands-on role providing support across a busy residential conveyancing caseload. The successful candidate will work closely with fee earners and assist with the day-to-day progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
The role is likely to include:
- Opening and managing files
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders, and other third parties
- Preparing and reviewing documentation
- Ordering searches
- Dealing with enquiries
- Preparing completion statements
- Supporting with exchange, completion, and post-completion requirements

The firm is specifically looking for someone with good practical experience of residential conveyancing who understands the key stages of a transaction and can contribute with minimal supervision.
Strong organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills will be essential, together with the ability to manage competing deadlines and provide a high standard of client service.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Residential Property Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant who is looking to join a respected London practice and continue developing their technical and transactional experience.
Previous residential conveyancing experience is essential. Applications from candidates without relevant practical experience will not be considered.
