Job title: Residential Sales Advisors (B2C)

Hyperoptic has announced a strategic plan to extend its full fibre broadband services to at least an additional one million UK homes by leveraging the Openreach network.

Locations: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Manchester, Southampton or Cardiff

Salary: £28,000 base plus On Target Commission c£28.000+ Due to the nature of field sales the hours are Monday to Friday 10.30am-7pm

About the role As a Residential Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and raising awareness in Hyperoptic service-connected buildings and will be the face and voice of our brand to potential customers. You will conduct face-to-face selling of Hyperoptic service, taking all necessary steps to maximise the opportunity of the sales visit, delivering promotional materials, building rapport with residents, representing the company at events at residents' meetings, educating customers about our products and collecting customers' feedback.

Your KPIs within this role will be to knock on 100 doors per day and convert 3 sales. As you are promoted up through the bandings based on your sales, you will also then have the opportunity to start to reach out to website leads and flexibility of 1 day home working dependant on company requirements.

What will you be doing? What we are looking for: Demonstrated good academic record Experience working in a sales role Experience of explaining a service or product to customers to deliver a sale, tailoring your approach to match the prospects needs Experience with complaint/feedback handling Highly motivated, energetic sales person who loves selling and who is up for a challenge Ambitious and comfortable with targets
