Excellent new job opportunity for a dedicated Registered Manager one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers has an exciting Residential Care Home Manager position arising for a residential care home based in Hastings, East Sussex.
About the Role
A fantastic residential home in Hastings, East Sussex, is seeking a Registered Manager to work with one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.
This role entails managing a residential support service for males and females with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) and other complex needs.
Essential Requirements
To be eligible for the position, candidates must:
- Hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Have previous managerial experience in a similar environment, such as social care or residential support settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide management and leadership of a care home supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
- Lead a team to deliver the highest quality person-centred care and support
- Ensure best practice in social care through continuous development of services
- Balance effective people and process management to uphold service standards
