Residential Support Worker (Deaf Services) - Full Time

Our client, a leading provider of specialized care and support services, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Support Worker to join their esteemed team in Cullompton, Devon. This rewarding role presents an opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of individuals who are deaf, using your exceptional communication skills and empathetic approach.

As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personalized, high-quality care and support to the individuals we serve. This will involve assisting with daily living activities, facilitating social and recreational opportunities, and fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment. Your ability to communicate effectively in British Sign Language (BSL) will be instrumental in ensuring our clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Proficiency in British Sign Language (BSL)
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably within the deaf services sector
