Residential Support Worker
Residential Support Worker (SEN) : Full Time
Are you seeking an opportunity to join an award-winning care and education organisation?
We provide specialist education and residential care for children and young adults aged 4–25 with a range of additional needs, including epilepsy, autism, and severe learning disabilities. Responsibilities
- Supporting young people with daily living skills and encouraging independence.
- Providing personal care (where required) with dignity, respect, and compassion.
- Building positive relationships to help young people feel safe and confident.
- Encouraging participation in education, hobbies, recreation, and community activities.
- Collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, healthcare professionals, and families.
- Recording important information and contributing to care plans.
- Celebrating progress and recognising every achievement, no matter how small.
Shift availability is mandatory:
Option 1: Monday – Friday
- 06:45 – 13:30
- 15:45 – 22:00 (You must be willing to work a mixture of shifts.)
Option 2: Monday – Sunday
- 06:45 – 13:30
- 15:45 – 22:00
- 12:00 – 22:00
- 06:45 – 16:00 (You must be willing to work a mixture of shifts.)

- Demonstrated resilience, flexibility, and a patient approach to supporting individuals with SEN (Special Educational Needs).
- Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.
- Access to your own transport is required due to the facility’s location.
- Previous experience in care or the education sector is not required but is desirable.
