Residential Support Worker
Residential Support Worker (SEN) : Full Time
Are you seeking an opportunity to join an award-winning care and education organisation? We provide specialist education and residential care for children and young adults, aged 4–25, with a range of additional needs, including epilepsy, autism, and severe learning disabilities. Shifts: Availability is essential. You must be able to work one of the following shift patterns:
- Option 1: Monday–Friday, 06:45–13:30 and 15:45–22:00.
- Option 2: Monday–Sunday, including 06:45–13:30, 12:00–22:00, 15:45–22:00, or 06:45–16:00.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated patience, resilience, and flexibility when supporting individuals with SEM (Special Educational Needs).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Access to your own reliable transport (Location proximity is a factor).
- No previous experience required, though a background in care or education is desirable.
