Residential Support Worker - Permanent
Permanent Full Time and Part Time Opportunities (up to 44.25 hrs) Location: Lingfield, Surrey Pay: GBP £12.71 - £13.65 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience) Term-Time Only (39 weeks per year) Monday to Friday shifts also available
About the Role
This Residential Support Worker position offers the chance to empower children and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEN & D) by fostering confidence, independence, and achievement in areas they once deemed impossible.
No prior care experience is required. If you’re kind, patient, and eager to learn, we’ll provide extensive inservice training and support to help you build a fulfilling career.
This role operates on a term-time-only basis with two flexible options:
- Monday to Friday shifts only (ideal for those wanting more holiday and weekend time)
- Monday to Sunday shifts (for candidates seeking to spread working hours evenly)
Open to part-time and full-time applications.
