Residential Support Worker – Critical Role

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll provide emotional support to our young people and assist with day-to-day activities such as:

  • Helping with personal care (getting washed and dressed)
  • Supporting with school attendance

Shifts during weekends may sound like fun, offering outings to:

  • Theme parks
  • Bowling alleys
  • Cinemas
  • Zoos

Building strong relationships and creating lasting memories with our vulnerable young people makes every challenge worthwhile. Your work could transform lives as you help young people overcome difficulties and progress.
