Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Some young people require support with personal care, mobility, communication, or behaviors that may challenge. There will be busy days, emotional moments, and situations that require patience, resilience, and teamwork.

We think it's important to be open about that because our job is to find the people who want this job, not those that need a job.

You will be working for the UK's leading charity dedicated to creating better lives for children and young people with epilepsy and associated conditions.

Based on a beautiful campus in Surrey, we provide specialist education and residential care for children and young adults aged 4-25 with a range of additional needs, including epilepsy, autism, and severe learning disabilities.

Ready to start something meaningful?

Whether you're an experienced Residential Support Worker, Care Worker, or Support Worker, or you're looking for a completely new career, we'd love to hear from you.
