A leading, independent property consultancy with a strong presence across the UK residential market is looking to expand its residential surveying team. Known for delivering high-quality advice and maintaining a diverse client base, the business works across a wide range of residential assets, from traditional housing stock to modern developments and investment portfolios.
Your new role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will be responsible for inspecting and reporting on a varied mix of residential properties. Your workload will include traditional tenement flats, modern flats, detached and semi-detached housing, new-build developments, and rural homes. You will carry out home reports, mortgage valuations, and condition surveys, providing clear and accurate advice to clients, including private homeowners, lenders, developers, and investors. This is a varied role offering strong autonomy and exposure to a broad range of property types.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be MRICS/FRICS qualified (or working towards qualification) with a solid background in residential surveying and valuation. You will have strong knowledge of the local property market, excellent report-writing skills, and a client-focused approach. A full UK driving licence is required, along with the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
