With decades of experience across the team in residential buildings, period property restoration, and surveying, the company delivers accurate, reliable, and timely reports, often within 5 days of instruction and with an option for 24‑hour delivery.
Domus Surveying provides RICS Level 1–3 surveys, valuations, and post‑survey advice, helping clients understand the condition, risks, and required work before they commit. The team of RICS-qualified surveyors combines meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on customer care, guiding clients through complex property decisions with clear insight and friendly support. Rooted in the values represented by its name and logo—“Domus” for house and the Roman Groma for precision—the company is committed to high-quality, professional residential surveying.

📍 London, Kent & Essex | Hybrid & Home-Based Working
💷 Basic salary £50,000 - £70,000 DOE + Uncapped Bonus (potential to earn over £100k) + Car Allowance + Paid Expenses + 34 Days Holiday (including Birthday & Bank Holidays)

Survey Work You'll Undertake
You'll enjoy a varied workload across residential property, including:
- RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
- RICS Level 3 Building Surveys
- Residential Valuations
- Help to Buy Valuations
- Probate Valuations
- Snagging Inspections
- Defect Diagnosis & Specialist Reporting
Areas We Cover
We're currently recruiting surveyors across:
- Central London
- North London
- South London
- East London
- West London
- Kent
- Essex
Your Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you'll:
- Carry out high-quality residential property inspections
- Produce professional, accurate and client-focused reports
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from instruction through to completion
- Build trusted relationships with clients and professional introducers
- Contribute ideas that help shape and improve our growing business

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- Experienced in residential surveys and valuations (Help to Buy experience desirable)
- Technically confident with excellent inspection and report-writing skills
- Comfortable using modern technology and reporting software
- Professional, organised and client-focused
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- In possession of a full UK driving licence (maximum six penalty points) and access to a vehicle
- A satisfactory DBS check will be required.
