Domus Surveying provides RICS Level 1–3 surveys, valuations, and post‑survey advice, helping clients understand the condition, risks, and required work before they commit. The team of RICS-qualified surveyors combines meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on customer care, guiding clients through complex property decisions with clear insight and friendly support. You'll enjoy a varied workload across residential property, including:

  • RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
  • RICS Level 3 Building Surveys

  • Defect Diagnosis & Specialist Reporting

Your Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you'll:

  • Carry out high-quality residential property inspections
  • Produce professional, accurate and client-focused reports
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience from instruction through to completion
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and professional introducers
  • Contribute ideas that help shape and improve our growing business

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
  • Experienced in residential surveys and valuations (Help to Buy experience desirable)
  • Technically confident with excellent inspection and report-writing skills
  • Comfortable using modern technology and reporting software
  • Professional, organised and client-focused
  • A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence (maximum six penalty points) and access to a vehicle
  • A satisfactory DBS check will be required.
