House Smart Surveying is a fast-growing, ambitious residential surveying practice seeking high-calibre RICS Residential Surveyors to support nationwide expansion. All applications will be treated in strict confidence.

The Role
This is a full-time position offering:

Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys
- Completing residential valuations (where appropriately qualified)
- Inspecting residential properties to assess:
- Condition
- Defects
- Risks
- Producing clear, accurate, and professional reports
- Collaborating with clients and other property professionals
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualification
- VRS registration (preferred, not essential for all roles)
- Strong recent experience in Building Pathology
- Residential valuation experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Knowledge of:
- Building construction
- Regulations
- Safety standards
- Full UK driving licence
