Senior Surveyor (2+ years PQE)
- Base: £65,000
- OTE: £75,000–£95,000
- Bonus: up to £3,000
Associate Director (4+ years PQE)
- Base: £75,000
- OTE: £85,000–£110,000
- Bonus: up to £3,000
The Role
A home-based residential surveying position delivering blended Level 2 and Level 3 surveys across your region. You'll handle complex and higher-value instructions, maintain strong audit performance, and develop referral relationships with local introducers.

What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering high-quality Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
- Managing your own caseload to consistently strong audit scores
- Building and maintaining a referral network within your patch
- Handling complex, higher-value instructions with client-facing confidence
What Success Looks Like in Year One
- Consistent audit scores meeting quality thresholds
- An active and growing referral network contributing to your OTE
- Progression toward the upper end of the £75k–£90k OTE range
What We're Looking For
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
- 2+ years PQE in residential surveying
- Strong technical knowledge across survey levels
- Organised, self-managing approach to a home-based caseload
- Engaged with business development - building relationships, not just delivering reports

- Base salary up to £75,000
