Survey North was built on a simple belief: people produce their best work when they feel supported. We're an independent residential surveying practice where quality comes before quantity, collaboration comes before competition and everyone is treated with respect.

Our directors still inspect properties, write reports and work alongside the rest of the team. That means we understand the challenges our surveyors face and have built systems that genuinely make the job easier—from dedicated administrative support to modern cloud-based technology. We're not looking to create a large corporate hierarchy. We're building a team of like-minded professionals who enjoy what they do, take pride in their work and want to help shape the future of the business together.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for another Residential Surveyor to join our close-knit team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
