Residential Valuation Surveyor (MRICS), 2 years PQE, Remote
FINVISE delivers RICS valuations in hours, not days.
We're a new-generation property valuation firm powered by proprietary technology, ISO 27001- and 42001-certified. Our core focus is fast, reliable desktop valuations for mortgage lenders, particularly in short-term and bridging finance.
Named lender clients are live, the technology works, and the model is proven. What we need now is a Valuation Surveyor to support us with the growing demand for RICS Red Book valuations.
The Role
We're seeking an MRICS Residential Valuation Surveyor with two years post-qualification experience to join our expanding valuation team.
The role will primarily focus on desktop residential valuations for secured lending purposes across a wide range of residential property types, including standard residential homes, Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) and Multi-Unit Freehold Blocks (MUFBs).
Alongside undertaking valuations, you will play an important role in maintaining the quality, consistency and professional integrity of our reports through technical review and sign-off.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
