Interim In-house Paralegal
(London, hybrid working)
We're working with a growing international business looking to appoint a paralegal on an interim basis to join its small, collaborative in-house legal team.
This is a broad, hands-on role where you'll support the legal function across a wide range of day-to-day matters. You'll work closely with experienced lawyers, gain exposure to varied legal work, and play a key role in keeping the legal team running smoothly. There is also the potential for this assignment to become a permanent position for the right person.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drafting, reviewing and amending a range of commercial agreements using templates.
- Managing contract execution and maintaining the contract database.
- Supporting the legal team with corporate governance and company secretarial administration.
- Assisting with legal research across a variety of areas.
- Preparing legal documents, reports and presentations.
- Coordinating document signing processes and maintaining legal records.
- Supporting compliance and regulatory activities.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across the business.
- Assisting with ad hoc legal and administrative projects as they arise.

What We're Looking For
- Previous paralegal experience, ideally gained in-house or in private practice.
- A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to get involved across a broad range of work.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Available to start at short notice.
