Are you a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain valuable experience within a large corporate environment? Do you enjoy organising information, solving problems, and keeping multiple workstreams on track?

We're partnering with a leading UK organisation to recruit a Resource Administrator to join a busy and collaborative Resourcing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to workforce planning, resource management and business operations while developing highly transferable skills that can open doors to future careers in HR, Talent, Project Management, Operations and Planning.

This role has been created to support an established team during an exciting period of transformation and growth. You'll have the opportunity to learn how large organisations manage resources, allocate work, and support business-critical projects.

You'll work closely with experienced Resource Schedulers and business stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience with planning processes, reporting, data management and operational coordination.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintaining and updating resource planning systems and records
  • Processing resource requests and supporting allocation activities
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets, trackers and reports
  • Coordinating scheduling and workforce administration tasks
  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries
  • Supporting stakeholders with resource-related information
  • Ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems
  • Assisting with process improvements and administrative projects
  • Providing wider support to the Talent & Resource team

We're Looking For

  • Recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain corporate experience
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Previous administration, coordination, scheduling, customer service, internship or placement experience would be beneficial but is not essential
