The Opportunity

Location: Watford

Salary: £12.80 per hour / £26,624 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm)

Contract: Fixed term contract (6 months)

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Resource Administrator to join our Recruitment Team and provide essential administrative support throughout the recruitment process.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is passionate about helping candidates and hiring managers have a positive recruitment experience.

You will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of our recruitment processes, helping us attract, engage, and onboard talented individuals across our growing dental group.

The Role

As a Resource Administrator, You Will

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment activity from vacancy approval through to onboarding.
  • Prepare and post job adverts across relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Manage candidate applications and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Arrange interviews and coordinate diaries with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a professional and positive experience.
  • Support candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring all compliance checks and pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with the administration of offer letters and new starter documentation.
  • Maintain accurate data on recruitment systems and spreadsheets.
  • Support recruitment reporting and provide regular updates as required.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment campaigns, events, and other attraction activities.
  • Work closely with the wider People Team and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
  • Professional, approachable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • A positive team player who enjoys working in a busy environment.
