Resource Management Executive

Location: Hybrid – Candidates must be commutable to either the London or Gloucester office

Salary: £35,000 base

The Opportunity

Are you an organised and proactive Resource Management or Operations professional with experience supporting consultants within a technology consulting environment? Do you enjoy coordinating consultant schedules, managing utilisation, supporting project delivery and ensuring client engagements run smoothly?

Our client is an award-winning, rapidly growing Cyber Security consultancy looking to hire a Resource Management Executive to join their expanding Operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their operations career who is looking to take on genuine responsibility, work closely with senior leadership, and develop within a growing consultancy business. You'll gain exposure to commercial operations, resource planning, project support and business reporting, with clear opportunities for progression as the company continues to scale.

This is not a traditional administrative role. We're looking for someone who can think proactively, take ownership, solve problems and become a valued member of a collaborative, high-performing operations team.

The Role

Resource Management Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day running of the consultancy, ensuring consultants are effectively deployed and client engagements are delivered smoothly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
