Job Summary
A Resource Manager will drive business growth within the region while ensuring account teams adhere to Strategic Resourcing methodology and best practices. This role partners with internal and external teams to onboard candidates and resolves operational challenges impacting sales efficiency. The successful candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in strategic resourcing, providing consultative support, negotiation expertise, and scalable solutions to maximise partner relationships and hire stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Business Development
- Drive business expansion within the region by training teams on methodology and best practices
- Negotiate and enforce adherence to best practices, ensuring alignment across Account Managers, Delivery Managers, Sales Managers, and executive leadership (Regional Managers, Directors of Sales, Vice Presidents)
- Identify and overcome internal/external obstacles in client engagements through customised solutions, roadmaps, and cross-department collaboration
Client & Partner Engagement
- Act as a consultative fulfilment partner for varied client needs, ensuring smooth candidate onboarding
- Understand and diagnose client hurdles while proposing solutions rooted in strategic sourcing frameworks
- Educate internal teams and stakeholders on best practices, guiding their implementation
- Negotiate with Account Teams, Partners, and Customers to align on fulfilment options, timelines, and KPIs

Candidate & Pipeline Management
- Qualify intersexternal business opportunities to assess strategic fit and viability
- Source candidates globally and across talent levels (entry-level to Director level) using multi-channel recruitment strategies
- Maintain high recruitment standards by evaluating skills, conducting structured interviews, and streamlining the offer process
- Regularly update candidate pipelines and communicate recruiting progress

Expected Experience
Work Experience
- Required (Req): at least 2 years in a related role (e.g., Recruitment, Consulting, Sales Support)
- Preferred (Pref): high-volume recruitment experience specifically in:
- Managing senior executive/leader-level stakeholders
- Leading strategic consultative engagements
- Implementing staffing process improvements through major change efforts

Technical Proficiency
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
- Expertise with spreadsheets, databases, and analytical tools
Licenses & Certifications
