Role Outline
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Resource Planner Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the Resource Planning Team, ensuring the efficient and effective scheduling of resources while maintaining high standards of customer service. You will act as the primary escalation point for the team, manage complex scheduling scenarios, and build strong relationships with high-profile clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised individual with a passion for leadership and operational excellence. You will play a key role in driving team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and develop the Resource Planning Team to deliver high performance, accuracy, and excellent customer service.
- Oversee team workloads, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation to meet client needs.
- Act as the main point of escalation, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage complex scheduling scenarios and ensure accurate handovers to the wider team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Represent the business professionally in client reviews and meetings.
- Drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GDPR, and quality standards, while upholding the company’s values of Care, One Team, Relationships, and Excellence.

Essential
What we are looking for
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workload across a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvements and drive solutions.
- Confident working with IT systems including scheduling portals, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Commitment to personal and team development.
Desirable
- Knowledge of GDPR and medical confidentiality requirements.
- Background in logistical planning, resource coordination, or operational scheduling.
- Proven experience in a leadership or senior coordination role.
- Experience managing high-profile or complex client accounts.
