Location: British Airways ( Operations Planning Directorate)
Summary:
Responsible for building workforce plans, rosters, and training schedules vital to our flying programme. This role focusess on forward planning within the **Resource Planning** team, ensuring everything is in place before delivery.

### **Resource Planning**
- Builds the plan using data-driven forecasting, roster creation, and pre operative readiness.
- **Focus**: What, when, and who needs to be in place *beforehand*.

Resource Delivery
- Executes the plan in real-time, managing live issues and operational smoothness.
- Focus: Keeping the operation on track during the day.
Work Pattern:
- Standard: Monday to Friday, with occasionally required weekend work (rostered basis).
- Hours: Typically 07:00–19:30.
- Shift allowance: Included for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain remconciliationлсянуюeding workforce, training, and roster plans for operationally critical teams (Cabin Crew, Flight Crew, Heathrow).
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment of plans with operational needs.
- Collaborate across planning, training, and wider business to support resourcing demand.
- Produce performپرformance ลองงานประกอบัว bullish data analysis to track improvements.
- Maintain high data quality, providing administrative and planning support.
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and delivery of planning processes.
