The Role
Are you experienced in resource planning, scheduling or systems implementation and enjoy helping people adopt new ways of working?
Arcinova is looking for a Resource Planning & Systems Training Specialist to support the rollout of ScheduleIT, our resource planning platform, across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a business-wide project, helping teams get the most from a new system while embedding effective scheduling and resource planning practices.
Working closely with Project Management, Scientific and Operational teams, you'll deliver training, provide user support and help drive successful adoption of the platform. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and supporting change, this role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a short period of time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and rollout of ScheduleIT across Arcinova.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for Project Management, Scientific and Operational teams.
- Provide day-to-day user support, coaching and troubleshooting throughout the implementation process.
- Work closely with stakeholders to help establish effective scheduling and resource planning processes.
- Promote best practice use of the platform and encourage user engagement across the business.
- Monitor system adoption and identify opportunities to improve utilisation and user confidence.
- Support reporting and resource planning activities to improve visibility of resource allocation and business capacity.
- Develop user guides, training materials and supporting documentation where required.
- Act as a key point of contact for colleagues during the implementation and transition period.

Essential Skills and Experience Required
- Experience implementing scheduling, resource planning or workforce management systems.
- Experience delivering training and supporting system users.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in scheduling, resource planning, project coordination or project management.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confident working with a range of stakeholders and adapting communication styles accordingly.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
Desirable
- Previous experience using or implementing ScheduleIT.
- Experience working within a pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO or scientific environment.
- Previous experience supporting business change or systems implementation projects.
- Understanding of resource planning, capacity management or project delivery processes.
