Creative Design – who are we?
We are a multi-discipline, talented team of over 80 people, including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, animators, visualisers, real-time and web developers all over the globe. By harnessing outstanding, innovative, and creative talent, we transform the way our clients communicate, connect, and engage with their projects. We are looking for a strategic and proactive Resource Traffic Manager to manage resource planning and workflow across our studios. Working closely with our Account and Project Management and Studio Leadership teams, you will ensure resources are aligned to business priorities, optimise studio utilisation and drive operational efficiencies across our global studio network. This role is as much about influencing and improving how we work as it is about managing resource allocation. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities to enhance processes, optimise capacity planning and use data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will be a natural relationship builder with strong commercial awareness, excellent organisational skills and the ability to remain focused and solution-oriented within a fast-paced environment. You will be comfortable challenging the status quo, influencing stakeholders and balancing competing priorities across a global portfolio of work.
Your role
- Develop and lead a forward-looking resource planning strategy across our global team.
- Partner with leadership and PM teams to understand business priorities, forecast demand and ensure appropriate resource allocation.
- Maintain visibility of future pipeline requirements and proactively identify capacity risks, opportunities and mitigation plans.
- Run weekly scheduling meetings with discipline leadership team and Account Management team to review workflow and pipeline.
- Identify and implement processes to improve our resourcing.
- Manage last minute requests.
- Take part in project close-outs and focus on issues re: resourcing/scheduling to improve long-term efficiencies.
- Identify and utilise appropriate resource to ensure quality and commercial return.
- Manage risks and escalate appropriately.

About You
- Significant experience in resource management, studio operations, traffic management or workforce planning within an agency or in-house environment.
- Knowledge of creative, communications or marketing production environments.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic resource planning processes across complex portfolios of work.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance resource decisions with business priorities and budgets.
- Experience working with resource management and workflow platforms, ideally Monday.com.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence senior leaders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance competing business priorities.
- Experience managing delivery risk and making informed resource allocation decisions.
- Experience managing external suppliers, contractors and freelance resource pools.
- Demonstrated track record of driving operational improvement and change initiatives.
