Job Description We are seeking an experienced Resourcelink Product Owner Consultant to lead the delivery and ongoing development of a critical payroll solution within a large-scale transformation programme. This role requires a subject matter expert in payroll implementation, capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Act as the business technical expert for the Resourcelink payroll system and associated processes Lead end-to-end payroll implementation, including integrations with Finance GL, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Kronos/UKG) Own the solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with business requirements Drive requirements gathering and design workshops, promoting standardised payroll processes and identifying gaps Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fully integrated, future-proof solutions Manage delivery governance, including risks, issues, and stakeholder reporting Provide expertise on UK payroll legislation and best practice Qualifications Proven experience delivering Resourcelink payroll implementations within fast-paced programme environments Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and system integrations Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors) and Time & Attendance systems Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, and delivery management skills Experience working within structured project or programme frameworks Additional Information We are proud to be an inclusive and diverse organisation where we are committed to employee development and recognising success for hard working performers.
