Description

We are looking for a Resourcing Administrator to join our People & People Services directorate, providing high-quality administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle. This is a fixed-term, part-time (17.5 hours per week, Monday to Wednesday), varied and fast-paced role providing support across the full recruitment process.

Contract details:

  • Fixed-term until 5 September 2027
  • Salary: £23,311 – £24,000 p.a. (pro rata for 17.5h)
  • Location options: Burford, Radcliffe, or Newport (hybrid working)
  • Closing date: Thursday 9 July 2026
  • Interview process: Rolling basis as applications are received.

What the Role Involves

Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across:

  • Advert creation, application management, and onboarding.
  • Coordination of interviews (scheduling, diary management, candidate communications).
  • Maintenance of accurate recruitment systems, ensuring compliance and accessibility.
  • Liaison with candidates and hiring managers, delivering consistent professional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinating interviews, managing diaries and ensuring timely candidate communication.
  • Managing candidate updates, acknowledgments, and rejections while balancing confidentiality.
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns (ad posting, role updates, applicant tracking).
  • Assisting with assessments and onboarding (contracts, compliance checks, reference requests).
  • Maintaining records and data integrity within systems.
  • Supporting recruitment projects, imperatives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the resourcing team, escalating issues as needed.

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive individual with:

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management in fast-paced environments.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for internal and candidate interaction.

Requirements

Essential qualifications, skills and experience: ✔ Demonstrated experience in busy administrative roles. ✔ Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively. ✔ Proficiency in IT systems (MS Office, database/web). ✔ Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. ✔ Ability to align with [Blue Cross values].
