Resourcing Advisor – Northampton Riverside

Are you an experienced recruitment professional who thrives on finding great talent and improving hiring processes? We're looking for a Resourcing Advisor to take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment function, partnering with hiring managers across the business to attract, assess and hire brilliant people. As our in-house recruitment specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience, managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), using recruitment data to drive continuous improvement, and helping shape a modern, effective recruitment strategy that supports our continued growth.

Based in Northampton Riverside and reporting to the Head of HR, the role offers a salary of up to £38,000.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house recruitment environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, building effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing across a range of roles.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, overseeing the full hiring process from attraction and sourcing through to interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding.
  • Develop and improve recruitment processes, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and positive candidate experience.
  • Manage and optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support an effective recruitment process and candidate journey.
  • Train and support hiring managers on recruitment processes, ATS usage, legal compliance, and best practice.
  • Monitor recruitment performance, analysing key metrics such as Time to Hire, Time to Fill, and Cost per Hire to drive continuous improvement.
