Resourcing Advisor

Resourcing Advisor Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell C

Help Shape the UK’s Energy Future

As part of the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), you will support the building of Sizewell C, a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes. This role plays a key role in securing our energy future, providing reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years.

Based within the Main Civil Works Section, your contributions will directly shape the project’s workforce strategy.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will focus on directly sourcing construction and supporting function talent for the CWA, primarily specialising in white-collar employees. You will strategically contribute to building a solutions-focused team that aligns with the broader project objectives.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

  • Collaborate with Senior Recruiters to design and implement targeted talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proactively identify and attract high-calibre candidates to meet the CWA’s dynamic recruitment demands.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive talent pipelines, ensuring alignment with both current and future hiring needs.
  • Continuously identify process optimisations to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
