Resourcing Business Partner (HR)

Location: Hybrid 2 - 3 days in London or Manchester Office

  • Should have experience operating within the public sector domain, with a deep understanding of Civil Service recruitment principles
  • Demonstrated ability to look beyond transactional hiring, thinking strategically to align localized talent acquisition with broader corporate resourcing plans and long-term organizational design.
  • Highly skilled in extracting, manipulating, and analyzing complex data sets to build actionable market intelligence and drive evidence-based talent decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and advisory skills, with a focus on influencing senior decision-makers, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and moving away from an agency-sales approach toward a true business-partnering model.
  • A strong commitment to service delivery and continuous improvement, with a history of collaborating across teams to simplify workflows.
