Randstad Reading is looking for a Resourcing Consultant to join our Construction team!

Your Day-to-Day:
- The Hunt: Using a premium LinkedIn Recruiter license, job boards, and our massive internal database to track down top-tier construction talent.
- The Craft: Writing job ads that actually get read (don't worry, we'll help with that) and managing incoming applications.
- The Network: Becoming the go-to contact for construction professionals across Reading. You are the bridge between them and their next big project.
