Essential requirements:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet agreed deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to convey information clearly and build positive working relationships with a wide range of colleagues and external partners.
- Ability to use sound judgement to resolve standard queries, with a clear understanding of when to handle a situation independently or seek guidance from a manager.
- Good administrative skills, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy when maintaining records, trackers, or databases.
- A commitment to continuous learning and the ability to work collaboratively with others to identify and suggest improvements to processes or services.
