Faculty/Directorate

The Directorate of People, Culture & Wellbeing is seeking an experienced Resourcing Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of recruitment and resourcing services within the People Operations team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Coordinate and deliver the University's end-to-end recruitment service, ensuring a high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused experience from attraction through to onboarding.
  • Provide day-to-day operational supervision, guidance, and support to the Resourcing Administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, UKVI requirements, safeguarding obligations, and equality, diversity, and inclusion principles throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide specialist recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment processes, policies, and best practice.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of recruitment processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Promote the University as an employer of choice by supporting recruitment campaigns, executive recruitment activity, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively across People Operations, providing support and cross-cover for the Temporary Staffing Coordinator during periods of annual leave, absence, peak workload, or business need.

Qualifications/ Experience

  • Significant experience working within an HR, recruitment or resourcing environment.
  • Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience undertaking Right to Work checks and applying UKVI compliance requirements.
  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent experience.
