### **Resourcing Partner (In-House Recruitment Team)**
**Location:** Glasgow (with flexibility to travel within the UK, including Manchester)

## **About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced and driven **recruiter** to join our team, based in our **Glasgow office** with regular travel to **Manchester**.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering **end-to-end recruitment** across a range of construction projects, partnering closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to attract and secure top talent.

## **What You’ll Be Doing**
- Partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand **current and future hiring needs**
- Developing and delivering **tailored recruitment strategies**
- Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from **briefing to offer stage**
- Screening and assessing candidates to ensure **suitability and cultural fit**
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring a **smooth candidate experience**
- Building strong **talent pipelines** for key roles
- Supporting **workforce planning** and long-term resourcing strategies
- Providing regular updates on recruitment activity, progress, and **key metrics**
- Keeping up to date with market trends and **recruitment best practice**

## **Essential Criteria**
- Proven experience in **recruitment or resourcing**, particularly within the **construction industry**
- Experience working closely with **senior management** and **senior stakeholders**
- Strong knowledge of **end-to-end recruitment processes** and **sourcing strategies**
- Excellent **communication** and **stakeholder management** skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a **fast-paced environment**
- Proactive, **results-driven approach** with a focus on delivery
- Strong **organisational skills** and **attention to detail**
- IT literate, with experience using **ATS systems** and **Microsoft Office**
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to **Manchester** as required (likely monthly)
- Extensive experience using **LinkedIn Recruiter Lite** and other advanced sourcing tools, with a proven track record of proactively identifying and engaging high-quality candidates

- Experience recruiting across multiple construction disciplines or project types
- Familiarity with workforce planning and talent pipelining

- Previous experience in a project-driven or fast-paced operational environment
