Role: Resourcing & Right To Work Coordinator
Number of Roles: 2
Contract Type: Full-Time and Fixed Term for 3 Months starting as soon as possible, 1 weekend day every other weekend
Salary: Up to £26,000 dependant on skills and experience
Location: Dunstable (we offer hybrid working, a minimum of 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

Behind this scale is a dedicated resourcing team that supports our Hiring Managers in making strong recruitment decisions. As our new Resourcing & Right to Work (RTW) Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring this process runs smoothly and effectively.
You’ll collaborate closely with both your immediate team and colleagues across the wider business. You’ll be responsible for a variety of recruitment and compliance-related administrative tasks, including managing key workflows in Dayforce and ensuring all Right to Work checks are completed accurately and in line with legal requirements. Your efficiency will directly contribute to bringing the best talent into the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:
- Create and publish job adverts that attract top talent
- Manage job requisition approvals to keep hiring on track
- Verify pay rates and ensure accuracy in all job listings
- Process and approve new starter forms, ensuring key Dayforce fields are completed correctly
- Support additional Dayforce admin tasks related to recruitment and onboarding

What you’ll need:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficient in database systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive
- Awareness of GDPR and HR compliance is beneficial but not essential as training can be provided
