Job Title: Resourcing Business Partner
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Resourcing Business Partner / Recruitment Advisor to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective resourcing plans.
- Advertise vacancies and support candidate attraction activities.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and diversity & inclusion.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Analyse recruitment data and market trends to support hiring decisions.
- Manage multiple vacancies while delivering a high-quality recruitment service.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiencies.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Ability to analyse recruitment data and market insights.
- Strategic approach to workforce planning and resourcing.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Oleeo.
- Experience with high-volume or regulated recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
