Job Title: Resourcing Business Partner

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Resourcing Business Partner / Recruitment Advisor to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business areas. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approval to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective resourcing plans.
  • Advertise vacancies and support candidate attraction activities.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and diversity & inclusion.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Analyse recruitment data and market trends to support hiring decisions.
  • Manage multiple vacancies while delivering a high-quality recruitment service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and efficiencies.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
  • Ability to analyse recruitment data and market insights.
  • Strategic approach to workforce planning and resourcing.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Oleeo.
  • Experience with high-volume or regulated recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
