Respiratory Physiologist (Bank) – Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing (CPET)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform Cardiopulmonary Exercise Tests (CPETs) for outpatients, ensuring accurate organisation, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the Cardiology team and other clinical departments to support outstanding patient care.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and clinical audit records to uphold Trust standards.
- Provide expert advice on CPET methods, ensuring personalised and high-quality patient care across Mayo Clinic.
- Lead best practice initiatives within the department, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Work with clinical and nursing leads to deliver patient-centred care, swiftly escalating significant test results where necessary.
- champion a holistic care approach, ensuring all CPET documentation complies with Mayo Clinic standards.
- Contribute to audits and continuous quality improvement in testing protocols.
