Clinical Respiratory Therapist – Penn Highlands Healthcare

About the Role
As a Respiratory Therapist, you will:
- Calibrate, inspect, and test all respiratory care equipment to ensure proper operating condition
- Disassemble, clean, and sterilize equipment for reuse as per prescribed procedures
- Administer respiratory care services—including all protocols offered by the department—to patients as needed
- Coordinate Respiratory Technicians, ensuring fair and efficient staff utilization while making daily work assignments
- Maintain accountability for the quality of patient care delivered
- Develop, recommend, and implement updates to procedures, techniques, and equipment

Requirements
- Must hold a PA Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner credential
- Must be registered with the NBRC or eligible for registration
