Description

En tant que responsable du rayon traditionnel marée et poissonnerie, ainsi que du rayon libre-service, vous aurez la responsabilité du pilotage économique et commercial auprès de la Direction.

  • Vous organisez le bon fonctionnement et la gestion de votre rayon : sélection, préparation et mise en avant des produits, animation de l'étal par la proposition d'une offre variée, accueil des clients, gestion des achats, gestion des commandes et des stocks, suivi du compte d'exploitation, suivi des objectifs en termes de marge et de CA, limitation du taux de casse, réalisation des inventaires.
  • Vous veillez à l'entretien des équipements et des locaux.
  • Vous êtes le garant de l'image de votre rayon auprès de vos clients.
  • Vous managez et animez une équipe de 6 poissonniers afin de leur transmettre votre savoir-faire, votre passion du métier et votre dynamisme commerçant.
  • Vous faites appliquer les procédures à vos équipes tout en leur donnant du sens.
