Electrification Systems is implementing a new planning and scheduling solution to help the business achieve its goal of improved production planning and precise scheduling.
The Technical Product Manager will lead the technical deployment of the planning and scheduling solution (SynAPS) across multiple Electrification Systems manufacturing sites. This role requires close collaboration with system integrators, vendors, and internal business teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for defining technical requirements, driving execution, and ensuring the successful deployment of the tool.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead the technical aspects of deploying planning and scheduling tools across manufacturing sites.
- Define technical requirements, integration strategy, and system architecture in collaboration with DT, integrators, vendors, and business teams.
- Oversee and drive system integration efforts, ensuring compatibility with existing enterprise systems.
- Provide technical oversight, guidance, and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with the integration team to ensure processes are documented and that integration efforts are transitioned for future implementations.
- Act as the techno-functional expert for the solution.
- This position requires occasional travel to the countries where the tool is to be deployed.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Master’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience in the following areas: solution architecture, data architecture (practical SQL knowledge), innovation, and integration of new processes or technologies.
- Communicates opinions and presents clear justifications using data.

Desired Characteristics/Skills
- Experience with a manufacturing project/program is preferred.
- Experience with complex solution configurations and their financial implications.
- Autonomous in prioritizing tasks and removing obstacles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with business teams and clients, in both English and French.
- Structured, organized, and results-oriented.
- Understands the organization’s vision and how personal objectives contribute to it.
- Adapts to new environments and changing requirements.
- Passionate about driving digital transformation in the manufacturing sector.
