MAN Commercial Protection Opportunity in Birmingham
Position: Metro / Tram Network Response Officer
Location: Birmingham
Shift pattern: 40 hours per week, shifts will include early mornings, late evening and weekends.
Payrate: £14.70ph
Duties and Responsibilities
- Travelling on the West Midlands Metro (WMM) network to provide a visual deterrence on trams and at stations.
- Assist members of the public, by providing excellent customer service and promoting the Buy Before You Board for tickets.
- Supporting the WMM revenue protection team and providing support during targeted operations (will not be issuing penalties/tickets).
- Assist with crowd control during peak times and events.
- Use of Body Worn Camera for safety and evidence gathering.
- Complete reports via an app-based programme.

Requirements
- You must be able to work on your own initiative.
- Full 5-year checkable work/education history.
- Valid SIA DS Licence.
