Role Description

The Response Security role is a Part Time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role involves providing visible, professional security presence at high-capacity venues and events, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of clients, guests, and staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring entry points
  • Managing crowd flow
  • Conducting security checks
  • Enforcing venue policies in line with legal and compliance requirements

The role also includes:

  • Incident reporting
  • Liaison with venue management and other security teams
  • Maintaining clear communication during fast-moving situations

The successful candidate will be expected to act with discretion, exercise sound judgment under pressure, and contribute to continuous improvement of security operations.

Qualifications

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
  • 2+ years’ experience preferred
  • Professional appearance with excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Interview Process

  • Successful applicants will be invited to a 15-minute Zoom interview.

Desirable Qualifications (Not Essential)

  • Close Protection (CPO) Licence
  • Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) or FREC 3
  • WAVE (Welfare and Vulnerability Engagement) Training
  • Mental Health Awareness Training
  • Level 2 Spectator Safety Qualification
