About The Role
The Responsibility Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Responsibility Lead across ESG-related activities. The role supports ESG data collection, reporting, project coordination and supply chain due diligence activities, helping to deliver Responsibility initiatives across the business while ensuring alignment with legislation, reporting requirements and Group Responsibility objectives.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and the wider Responsibility team, the role contributes to the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of ESG initiatives and supports cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
ESG Delivery & Project Coordination
- Support the coordination and delivery of ESG projects, including tracking activities, milestones and project documentation across departments.
- Support the integration and reporting of sustainability goals and ESG KPIs for LTD lines.
- Coordinate sustainability-related inputs from internal stakeholders and the wider Responsibility team for LTD lines.
Data Collection, Reporting & Analysis
- Support the collection, consolidation and validation of ESG data across key reporting areas, including:
- Carbon reporting (Scopes 1, 2 and 3)
- ESG disclosures and reporting
- Supply chain due diligence and traceability
- Support departments in maintaining accurate, complete and timely ESG data submissions.
- Assist in the preparation of ESG reporting outputs, analysis and related reporting activities.

Supply Chain Responsibility & Due Diligence
- Support supplier due diligence activities, supplier onboarding, ESG performance monitoring and corrective action tracking.
- Assist with supplier audits and follow-up activities as required.
- Support the monitoring of Modern Slavery requirements and responsible sourcing due diligence processes.
- Support the maintenance and expansion of supplier information and traceability data for LTD lines.
Product & Materials Sustainability Support
- Support the integration, collection and reporting of preferred materials and related data and sustainability information for LTD lines.
- Collect sustainability-related information and updates from all relevant departments
- Support coordination and data collection relating to leftover materials and circularity initiatives for LTD processes, where applicable.
- Maintain the database relating to innovative materials, suppliers and projects.
Regulatory & ESG Compliance Support
- Support preparation for existing and emerging ESG regulations, including, but not limited to CSRD, EUDR, Conflict Minerals, Modern Slavery and due diligence requirements.
- Assist with ESG reporting requirements and regulatory submissions, where applicable.
- Maintain ESG-related documentation, reporting records and evidence files to support governance, traceability and audit readiness.
Internal Engagement & Communication
- Support the organisation of ESG workshops, training sessions and internal engagement initiatives.
- Assist in developing ESG communications and awareness activities across the business, where relevant.
Stakeholder & Project Support
- Assist with internal and external stakeholder engagement activities where required.
- Prepare and maintain meeting materials, reports, trackers and project updates.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers relating to ESG activities.
- Keep up to date with sustainability developments, emerging regulations and industry best practice.

General Responsibilities

Profile & Skills
- Experience or academic background in sustainability, ESG or related field
- Strong organisational and data management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination ability
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of:
- ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability reporting requirements
- Supply chain due diligence and traceability processes
- Carbon reporting and emissions data management
- Emerging ESG regulations and responsible sourcing requirements
- Experience within fashion, retail or supply chain environments
- Additional language skills, particularly Italian, would be advantageous
