Restaurant & Bar Bartender – Fine Dining
Marcliffe Hotel & Spa is looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Bartender to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team.
Working in our elegant fine dining restaurant and stylish hotel bar, you'll create exceptional guest experiences by delivering outstanding service and expertly preparing a range of classic and contemporary drinks. Whether serving guests enjoying dinner, afternoon tea, or special occasions, you'll be passionate about hospitality and committed to maintaining the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in our restaurant and bar.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and premium beverages.
- Ensure the bar is fully stocked, clean, and presented to the highest standards.
- Process orders and payments accurately.
- Follow all licensing, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
- Work closely with the wider Food & Beverage team to deliver seamless guest experiences.

About You
- Previous bartending experience, ideally in a hotel, fine dining restaurant, or premium hospitality environment.
- A friendly, professional, and confident approach to guest service.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
