Crowne Plaza Nottingham – Restaurant & Bar Supervisor

Overview

  • Base Salary: £27,476.80 per annum / £13.21 per hour (plus service charge)
  • Hours: 40 hours/week, standard shift (Mon–Fri)
  • Location: Nottingham
  • About the Role Join our team as Restaurant and Bar Supervisor, playing a pivotal role in delivering unparalleled guest experiences and maintaining operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

As the team leader, your duties include:

  • Supervising and coordinating the Restaurant & Bar team, overseeing service delivery.
  • Assisting in menus execution, including food & beverage prep and guest service.
  • Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are met (kitchens, dining spaces).
  • Managing directives for customer satisfaction, including complaint resolution.
  • Collaborating in event coordination, setup, execution, and post-event wrap-up.
  • Overseeing inventory & stock management to maintain 100% presentation standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised environment across all service areas.
