Description
The Escapade Restaurant and Events Supervisor will play a pivotal role in driving daily operations within our restaurant. They will report to the restaurant manager and will provide a memorable dining experience for all guests. The F&B Supervisor will work to ensure all of the F&B standards are elevated for a seamless guest experience. It will ensure supporting a smooth operation of the restaurant, bar.
This role will seamlessly oversee the front-of-house-staff, manage service standards, maintain a welcoming and efficient dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
To create and implement a best-in-class and award-winning guest experience through:
- Guest Assistance: Greet and assist guests, creating a warm, welcoming and unique atmosphere. Handle guest inquiries, concerns and complaints with utmost professionalism and provide prompt resolutions where appropriate.
- Breakfast Supervision: Oversee the breakfast shifts and ensure guests a seamless breakfast service. Assist and manage staff during the breakfast service to ensure the highest standard of guest experience.
- Stock and Inventory Management: Oversee the preparation and quality of food and beverages served to ensure exceptional standards. Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Meticulously monitor service efficient and support where necessary to create memorable quality service. Assist with managing inventory levels of F&B supplies and place orders where necessary. Control waste to ensure sustainable cost-effective and smooth-running operations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with the Restaurant and Bar Manager to create a seamless working environment. Communicate and concerns and issues with the Restaurant and Bar Manager to ensure smooth operations. Drive a positive, and engaging culture across the teams.
- Hygiene and Safety: Ensure staff compliance with all health and safety regulations. Monitor alcohol service, verifying the legal drinking age and responsible service. Uphold company policies and procedures and make staff aware of any updates.
- Sustainability: To promote, implant and act with the sustainability initiatives as directed by Escapade Silverstone

Performance will be checked against the following:
Detailed objectives will be set through the Personal Development Review (PDR) process
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or any other lifestyle/ distinctive brand is desirable
- Experience working in conferencing and Events
- A strong, yet positive guest service style
- Passion for F&B Services
- Organized and ability to work within the team or on their own
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A good command of the English language. Additional languages are advantageous
- Maintains impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards while radiating an aura of elegance and refinement
- Competent in using IT systems and software including Microsoft Office
- Full clean UK driving licence is desirable.
