Restaurant and Room Service Manager

Home to our Michelin Key awarded hotel, Indigo restaurant, celebrated for redefining luxury dining through its entirely gluten and dairy free menus, alongside private dining and events spaces, we are now looking for an exceptional Restaurant and Room Service Manager to help shape the next chapter of our Food & Beverage story. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will lead the day to day operation of Indigo Restaurant and Room Service, whilst playing a key role in the successful delivery of private events and functions across the hotel.

What You Can Expect
Working 40 hours per week, spread over five days, you will be tasked to:
- Manage the daily operations of Indigo restaurant, in-room dining, and private events to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining strong communication, recognising guest preferences and handling any complaints professionally.
- Coordinate closely with Reservations, Front Office, Kitchen and other departments to maximise bookings and maintain seamless operations.
- Lead and prepare teams through daily briefings, menu training and collaboration with the Executive Chef to uphold high food and beverage standards.
- Support business growth by driving upselling opportunities, maximising revenue and assisting with events and new initiatives.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have And Display
- Motivated and at your best in a fast-paced environment
- Able to collaborate at all levels including email, phone and face-to-face with the ability to listen and problem solve
- Equipped with strong communication skills, with an exceptional standard of both written and spoken English, and the ability to positively express opinions and influence
- Experienced in producing a high standard of work at all times, paying attention to detail and removing the possibility of error. You will maintain all company quality standards continually looking for areas of improvement
- Immaculate and professional appearance
- An understanding and willingness to contribute to a 24h operational schedule when required.
