Restaurant & Bars Manager – Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa

Location: Fawsley, Northamptonshire, NN11 3BA

Salary: £40,500 per annum + service charge + excellent colleague benefits

Job Type: Full-time | Temporary maternity cover | 5 days out of 7


About the Role

Join our team at Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels, where timeless elegance meets modern luxury. In this role, you’ll lead a passionate team to deliver unforgettable dining and drink experiences, whether it’s an indulgent spa retreat, a prestigious event, or a night at our 3 Rosette Restaurant, Cedar.

As Restaurant & Bars Manager, you’ll work to create consistent excellence in our hospitality, focusing on personalised guest service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for an experienced professional who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about curating exceptional stays for our guests.


What Will the Role Involve?

  • Full-time maternity cover position (5 days per week, including weekends on rota).
  • 40-hour workweek, with flexibility depending on seasonal demands.
  • Leading restaurant and bar operations to maintain exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Overseeing staff recruitment, training, and workplace culture.
  • Collaborating with the hotel’s spa, accommodations, and private events departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Upholding the Hand Picked Hotels values of quality, authenticity, and hospitality excellence.

  • Proven restaurant/bar or food & beverage leadership experience, ideally in high-end hospitality.

  • The ability to collaborate across departments—bars, restaurant, spa, and private events—to enhance the overall guest journey.
